The room itself was HUGE, the bed was so comfortable and our balcony was so big and overlooked the resort and the waterpark. The facilities at the resort were great, the water park was really good fun with a big range of slides and pools for everyone of all ages.

The shark feeding was very interesting to watch and it was amazing to be able to walk around a resort and to see so much marine life right in front of you.

The experiences through the resort are quite pricey so we chose to do a snorkelling tour with an outside company which we had no complaints about. The wifi for the remainder of our stay was good and every staff member was so friendly and happy to greet you every time you saw someone.

Throw in a new 12percent vat tax to go with 15percent gratuity forget it Great grounds and Beach sad being ruined by service and insane pricing!!

They were nice but very average. Same room as a Doubletree Hilton room. Nothing renovated about it in my opinion. Distances to rooms are pretty long like in Vegas hotels. Food and drinks overpriced. The only negative remarks i have is that you pay so much you should at least have a free airport shuttle. Higher than any city or country i have ever visited. Also, make sure you get your free water bottles every day! Ended up giving some of our bottles away to other guests because ended up finding this out our last day and then had more water bottles than we knew what to do with!

Overall nice stay, just too expensive for what you get. The comments and opinions on this Ratings and Reviews section of our website are the views and opinions of TripAdvisor members and AppleVacations.
